Iyer Revathy Rajaram is an accomplished Post Graduate Teacher (Retired) with over 30 years of teaching experience in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS). She holds an M.A. and M.Ed. degree and has served as a National Mentor under the National Mission for Mentoring Scheme recommended by the Ministry of Education.
Her expertise spans conducting teacher training, lesson planning, assessment skills, and capacity-building workshops across multiple regions, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Ernakulam.
Revathy has made significant contributions to curriculum development, e-content creation, and online learning platforms while also reviewing and moderating NCERT textbooks and question papers at the national level. Her efforts have been recognized with numerous accolades, including the prestigious President Award – National Award to Teachers (2019), KVS National Incentive Award (2016), and Karnataka Women Achievers Award (2023). She is also a Global Book of Records and Guinness Book of Records entrant.
Currently serving as a Senior Faculty at the Academy for Creative Teaching (ACT), Bengaluru, Revathy plays a key role in empowering rural schools and enhancing the quality of education across 28 institutions under ACT’s guidance. Her unwavering dedication to education, innovation, and mentorship continues to inspire educators nationwide.
