I draw, I color, I sketch, I cut and glue..
When I am in my art class at school !
I feel like I am designing clothes and accessories.
I think, I want to be a Fashion Designer when I grow up!
I mix, I stir, I sift and I taste test..
When I am at home baking with my Mom !
I feel like I am baking & decorating cakes and muffins.
I think, I want to be a Baker when I grow up !
I stack, I build, I imagine and I put together..
When I play with my Lego’s at home !
I feel like I am building fancy skyscrapers and beautiful homes.
I think, I want to be a Builder when I grow up !
I twirl, I leap, I bend and I dance on my tip toes..
When I go to my dance class !
I feel like I am dancing on the clouds with my tutu and pointe shoes.
I think, I want to be a Ballerina when I grow up !
I do math, I calculate, I type, and I think..
When I do my homework on my laptop, I remember my dad working in his home office !
I feel like I am coding a program to make video games or robots.
I think, I want to be a Computer Programmer when I grow up !
I imagine, I read, I think and I write..
When I sit peacefully in the library among all the books !
I feel like I am writing my own book of tales or poems.
I think, I want to be an Author or a Poetess when I grow up !
I have so many choices to make..
But you never know what will I take !
I will work hard and listen to my heart..
And whatever I will be, I will be the Best !

Indian ,who have fast belief in pious epics like” Mahabharata” and “Ramayana” where Draupadi and Sita had set examples of Idealistic woman ,gained lot of respect for such women and in today’s age, although women had been proved to be backbone of Indian families as Indian women. Firstly played very impressive roles of Girl child in most lovable manner by her parents ,as a daughter, sister very dear to brothers ,wife a life companion for a husband, finally a mother very close to her sons and daughters used to be ready for all sacrifices to support them, like this finally a woman is considered as maker of family. In light of above reality is totally some thing very different, an educated Sophisticated women ,who is reared up by her parents in very affectionate atmosphere.
Married in process of love or arranged manner remained house wife for number of years, often treated with humiliation and allegations.
Husbands who sung song of this wife before and after marriage supported their parents and joined them in the sessions of Humiliation, shouting, blaming and doubting the wife.
In such Environments ,women felt desperate and depressed ,since her dreams shattered and ultimately a stage came when husband and wife had to approach Indian Courts for Divorce. The sufferings of a woman not ended here as after separation ,said woman had to depend upon her ,who although never say No entry to divorced daughter, accepted her entry as Sympathizer to Divorced daughter, since she was their own Blood. This divorced woman made use of her great strengths and enhanced her Education levels. Gained personal growth and earned laurels in the society. This desperate women derives not only satisfaction in her struggle, also become very energetic to face any type of adverse situations. She opted the Nobel profession of teaching with the help of her sincere friends, keeping in view that her tragedic story may be repeated in case of any Girl. She started to shining due to her strong ideologies, strong mind to rise and become self reliant. Today the divorced woman is very independent, earning, spending according to her own will.
A lesson is there out of above short story of a Woman, who had experienced all stages of life, tells that the husband not to take today’s wives as very weak one, they are the strength of the nation , having ability, education and sense of becoming self reliant and can pull on independently financially as self supported Woman Enterprise.

Situations make us positive or negative. it’s our reaction and our expectationsEverybody says be positive then positive things will happen. Don’t you think? How to stay positive in negative situations. It’s not difficult. You just need to find happiness in all the small things in life.
Some tips I discovered during this pandemic and my life journey and how I managed to stay positive when things weren’t going right
No situation is permanent everything is temporary. Take charge of how to respond. Attitude is everything.
Don’t run away from problems or any uncomfortable situation. Dare to face it.
Remember always you are totally responsible for your happiness, don’t blame anyone else.
Before you react take deep breath and think again. Stay calm. Think what’s going right now, don’t rush to react. Always try to find pleasant way to overcome it.
Don’t take things personally. Thoughts are powerful. Observe them.
Forget your mistakes don’t blame yourself again and again for that. Only remember what you learnt from them.
Keep yourself busy with activities you like.
Learn or develop new skills yourself.
Eat well sleep well.
Surround yourself with positive inspiring creative people.
Accept the situation or a person .
Don’t keep grudges. Move on let it go. Grow beyond that.
A positive frame of mind increases your motivation to succeed and get what you want.
It will make you believe you will get what you want. It will also motivate you to achieve more than you ever expected.
Positive thinking is contagious. People around you pick up your mental moods and are affected by them.
Keep habit of appreciating people.
Positivity is like a magnet and it attracts positive vibes.
Be grateful for what you have and count your blessings, look at the bright side of life.

One of the great Sage, Patanjali, compiled the essential features and principles of yoga from earlier yogaupanishads in the form of ‘Sutras’ or aphorisms. These yoga sutras were the prominent and vitalcontribution in the field of yoga. According to Patanjali yoga is a conscious process of gainingmastery over the mind.Yoga is not twisting your body , standing on head and various postures, it’s one of the minisculeaspects of Yoga. The word “Yog” means “union”is derived from the verb (yuj) in sanskrit. ”Yuj” means joining with the universal existence.

Yogah – to join or unite
Chitta – consciousness, (derived from verb Sanskrit verb Chit which means to make aware, tao incite)
Vritt – fluctuations, functional modifications of chitta/mind, behavior of mind
Nirodhah – quieting of, bringing to complete cessation
Meaning – Yoga is bringing to complete cessation of the functional modifications of chitta, In simple words Yoga is nothing but mastery over mind. Vrittis rise in chitta one after another like the circular waves moving in disturbed water and this similarity with the water waves is also often implied in the word chitta. Are Women empowering themselves too much to the point that they are dis-empowering men, perhaps even to domination and bullying?

Women were deprived of having power in the earlier years of their lives. Having power is a
prerogative whereby women can look at it as women empowerment. However, it took a
long time for them to find that power. The question is have they used their power properly? Power is genderless. Both men and women can abuse their power or use it in a good way.
Before we go into that, let us investigate what women empowerment is and how women were deprived of their power.
What is empowerment? Women will have different thoughts and perspectives on
empowerment. Various forms of empowerment women may perceive, for example,
writing a book, climbing up the corporate ladder, fighting for equal rights, organizing a beauty pageant, achieving a healthy lifestyle, being able to cook a sumptuous dish and becoming beautiful. Women have always been fighting for equal rights for pay, parenting & gender rights. How did women empowerment come about? Why must it be women empowerment and not men empowerment? One of the main reasons is land. Men wanted to own their land and they did not want women to do so. It all about power. If women had power, men were afraid to lose their rightful heritance and be controlled by women. Men concocted excuses that women
were too emotional & will not be able to make good rational decisions and when they had their PMS they were accuse of becoming hysterical. They attributed women PMS to something evil too. There were occasions where they were accused of being witches and burned at the stake due to their emotional behavioral swings during their PMS cycle.
All these events accumulated to a point where women were not be recognized for their
capabilities in being equal with men. All this changed when women earned their voting
rights. We have to thank the suffragists for this and when women took over men’s jobs when they went to war, they realized that they can do men’s work too and demanded they be treated equally as men and be given the same privileges as them. Women had won they hard fought rights. They have now the capabilities to do the same job as men and be paid equally. Power were given to them.
Jumping forward towards the 21st century, women are still fighting for their rights. For example, the pay gap between men and women are still not equal. Women are encouraged to lecture in the humanities field rather than the technical and science fields. Male professors are promoted faster than female professors. In USA, there is no paid maternity leave.
Learn more
However , women have been breaking grounds that were thought impossible for women to cross in their careers & personal lives. More women are climbing the corporate ladder,
joining political parties ,achieving greater parental gender equality, achieving higher qualifications & obtaining more civil rights and social justice. All these signals to an increase of power, self-esteem and responsibility.
If you watch the movie Spider-men, there is a famous saying ; with great power comes with great responsibility. Women with their new found power need to have a balance in attributing it.
They must not misuse it but like all humans, women, like men, can abuse the power they have. Unlike men, who has been used in having power in their hands, women maybe too eager to use their new found power because they have been oppressed for a long time and society owes them a great debt.
Women may become too bossy in their career and in the event cause her colleagues not to like her. If her morals are not right , she may apply scrupulous ways to climb up her career ladder. She may even spread her “scrupulous” ways to her protégé. If this is so, it can become a spreading disease.
Magrethe Thatcher did not fight for women rights when she went into power. In fact she took away some privilege policies that women were enjoying for economic reasons. Luckily there were unions run by ladies in Britain to fight for their work rights.
Women in her social life may show her power by drinking with men and even sleeping with them. Dominating men in bed is their pleasure and power. They may dress sexily & promiscuously ( not saying this is wrong but it is a way of portraying her power). Just to take
note, men can get away and retain his dignity if he sleeps around, women may not or not be able too. Therefore, women please protect your dignity always. You may want to do whatever men is doing but society even though it may be matured and progressive, there are still many who believe the traditional ways in how a man and woman should behave.
I once brought up this subject at AWARE and knives were thrown at me. Women denied that
they will sleep around just to showcase her power, however , luckily I was defended by other women.
In the household, women may control their men and even inflict violence on them. Yes , men do suffer from domestic violence but the cases are rear though.
Do not bully others with your power and stand over them. You will create anger, frustration
and disharmony for yourself and others.
Therefore, how can ladies balance their power. They need to have the right moral values to that. With the right moral values, women can promote women empowerment properly for themselves and others. I believe that women empowerment is to empower themselves to have great self- esteem and also to help ladies at their lowest.
Dear ladies, when you want to watch a movie and your partner or husband do not like the movie or do not want to go with you, watch the movie by yourself. You need not have to ask permission from your husband or partner if you want to have an outing with your ladies friends. In respect, do let him know. Take a holiday by yourself, you need me time occasionally. If you can do these, then you have empowered yourself to have great self–esteem. This can also help you to decide whether to leave a relationship if you are in bad one.
Use your power to help other women rise also. Protect your women folk. If you know any women who are suffering from domestic violence and have a way to bring them out of it,
please do so. If you have the capability to create awareness talks on domestic violence , health problems and other social problems to help other women to empower themselves, please do so too.
Use your power to empathize with others. Understand the pain of others especially for the
LGBT community. If you own a company, employ them. If you are an educationist, educate those whose education may not be high enough. Give them a sense of self-worth in living. Therefore, there are women who use their power to dominate and bully others but if you have the correct moral values, you will use your power properly to make society a better one. Power is genderless. Both men and women can use their power to abuse. However, there is not much we can do if one does not change.
In these article, I hope I able to allow women to see who they are and what they have become. I want to women to better themselves. To know the true meaning of women empowerment and use it wisely. I also want them to change if they are going in the “wrong ” direction in making themselves better and misusing the power that they have.
Therefore, I leave you with this quote :-
“if you want to change, do it now and then change others. Live up to the good name of women empowerment and be praise for what you do”

A woman is the epitome of the universe; be it a sister, mom, wife, girlfriend, daughter-in-law, grandmother and the list goes on. Why does she have to prove her strength to society, isn’t it good enough for every person to appreciate her the way she is.
Women have so much power. One lifetime would be less to gauge her mental strength, yet she’s considered the weaker section of the society….Why??
Women need to be respected and appreciated giving her the importance which she’s worthy of. Let’s all understand the lady, instead of judging her on each and every aspect, and assuming things without having full knowledge.
Women carry so much of beauty not only externally, but internally too, irrespective of her colour, caste or religion. The actual essence of a woman’s beauty is love , which she shares with everyone with her surroundings by playing different roles in her lifetime, that in itself is infinite ♥️.
Every woman ♥️ in our society needs to be seen with the right frame of mind, it is still so sad that she’s still considered a second citizen in a lot of families .
How many times does she have to prove her strength, just to earn respect and importance…is it worth it??
We as women need to understand each other’s issues, empower and support ️ too, but that’s far from reality .
How many can implement, and go out of the way to empower another woman without seeing any profit. Easier said than done, but we can change our mindset and be more generous and thoughtful towards other women .
My humble request is that let’s pledge from today onwards to empower others, respect, love and support ️ each other, life can be so much better, because women are the actual pride of the universe ️♥️. Live and let live and make your life worthy for others.

Once I asked Myself, ” what is a wish”?
I found myself wishing is a Desire or a Feeling, that you want to have something. Wish is a genuine Emotion, that we wish to get something which we dream for. My Wishes are that I want to make true the wishes that are only mine.
“I wanna go on the beach in my dreamy beautiful gown at midnight, I just wanna dance, chase the fog, chase the waves, chase the Moon and then just observe the stars. “I dream for I would see sunrise and sunset and take the beautiful pictures of the view. I wanna run through the waves and catch the butterfly, feel the wind in my hair, spend hours with the beautiful place.
“I wish someday I may have a magic stick and I just wanna fill my dreamy wishes which are endless.
“I wanna make myself a happy person and spread my smile to the beautiful world. I wanna make beautiful memories. I just want to create a beautiful and happy life for myself. I just wanna achieve my beautiful endless wishes.
“I wanna feel more alive with those beautiful and sweet memories”.
Oh, GOD! BLESS ME, I just want to admire my endless beautiful Wishes. Come and Make my wishes true. Wishes! My endless Wishes, I admire you because you are ENDLESS.

I belong to a big cloud of society,
I live in it,
I learn in it,
Is dealing with its civilities crucial?
I belong to a big cloud of social.
Following and sustaining myself,
I come to know,
Actually, I have two sides
One is reticent
One is eloquent
Being a RETICENT
Nothing a thing to be condemned,
Bit tangling
But above all you have is,
Your own thoughts, your own terms.
Being an ELOQUENT
Doesn’t mean you are eminent,
You have your free thoughts,
But uncontrolled tongue,
But above all,
You are your own maestro.
Now interrogation arises,
Being which one would be wise?
Now my conscience surge,
Be what the situation urges.
Now I have known
What & where
Which version is to be shown?
I have two categories
One mousy and the other chummy.

IMPORTANCE OF HOMEMAKER
According to the dictionary, A housewife is a woman who does not have a job outside the home and who spends her time cleaning the house, cooking, looking after her family, etc. This definition in itself proves how challenging is the role of a housewife. It contains many responsibilities and roles in itself. Housewife is the most important role a woman plays but she doesn’t get appreciation as much she deserves.
Housewives are the largest workforce in the world who works 24/7 without questioning and in return are paid nothing for their efforts. If she is paid the role of housewife’s duties can amount to billions annually. Housewives have their impact on the whole country… the major impact is that on the economic growth of the country.
It’s been said that behind every successful man there is a woman. It’s not merely a statement, it has logic behind it. It’s the woman… a housewife who actually takes care and nourishes the man by providing him food on time and a proper diet so that he can work hard the whole day for his nation’s growth. Another economic benefit that is received from a housewife is achieved by the cultural values bestowed. She is the one who teaches a child to move on the path of honesty and lead a successful and corruption-free life. She is the one who promotes the habit of savings in the family.
The education of a girl child, the future homemaker, and mother, has been badly neglected in India In the past few countries. It is very surprising to imagine what kind of future generation can be expected from such a society where the mother, ‘the main architect of the family’ dwells in a state of ignorance.
The significance of educating girls began to be realized by society that if mothers were also educated, they could solve day-to-day health problems, provide nutrition through a balanced diet according to age and physical requirements.
Not only this, the educated mothers could very well fulfill the never-ending clothing needs of the family, proper upbringing of the children, understanding their psychology, and also making the home beautiful and comfortable. All this could be well managed and could be better accomplished if mothers were well informed and better educated.
All these aspects of knowledge that are primarily concerned with strengthening and improving family life are grouped together and a new discipline of Home Science has been created.
It has evolved through various stages of growth and from time to time has been called Domestic Science, Domestic Arts, Domestic Economy, Household Science, Household Arts, Household Economy, Household Administration, or Home Craft.

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will When the road you’ve trudging seems all uphill When the funds are low and the debts are high And you want to smile, but you have to sigh When care is pressing you down a bit.
Rest, if you must, but don’t you quit.
Life is queer with its twists and turns,
As every one of us sometimes learns
And many a failure turns about.
When he might have won had he stuck it out Don’t give up though the pace seems slow
You may succeed with another blow,
Often the goal is nearer than.
It seems to be a faint and faltering man
Often the struggler has given up,
When he might have captured the victors’ cup. And he learned too late when the night slipped down,
How close he was to the golden crown.
Success is failure turned inside out.
The silver tint of the clouds of doubt.
And you can never tell how close you are.
It may be near when it seems afar,
So stick to the fight when you’re the hardest hit.
It’s when things seem worst that you mustn’t quit.

“The soul needs more space than the body.” — Axel Munthe
Give me some space, Give me some space, Give me another chance, I wanna grow up once again. Today No matter whether Male or Female, younger or elder, old or child, poor or rich, leader or common man, everyone wants space. If they can’t get space, integration and struggle are born in the mind, some people fight to get this space, fight while some do not get space. They infiltrate and commit suicide. It means they give up. Or some accept the situation what is as it is and live life. What is this space? Space means peace of mind.
“Sometimes, a little bit of space is all you need to realize what you truly want.”
We really realize how important this space is. Giving space to each other means not only that we have to think of his space, but also that he should give us space from the next person, and there is nothing wrong with that. But sometimes because of so-called ‘me’, your / everyone’s ego/ego space, the feeling is so big that if he takes a step back and takes a step forward, everything can happen calmly and according to everyone’s mind and with our own happiness we can give happiness to others but not like that. It’s not possible because our egos come first. The role of space is just as important in creating self-existence.
No matter how close the relationship, everyone wants their own space. I have always wondered what space is. But as the crowd grew all around, I realized that I was not getting enough time. There is no communication with myself. It was as if something had escaped somewhere. But what is that exactly? Why do you sometimes feel lonely? When I think about it, I realize that we are afraid of loneliness but sometimes we want loneliness. “Sometimes we all need a little alone time. It doesn’t mean we are mad, upset, shy, or anything else. We just all need some space.” When you are alone and someone wants to talk to you or trying to communicate with you, at such a time it feels like you say to him/her, I am okay. “Please give me some space.”
Why this space? To calm your mind, to remove distractions, to communicate with yourself! Sometimes it suffocates in the loving people around us. Why all this? I don’t know. But the expectation is the same, those who feel close to you, they should understand you. This space is not always required (24 hours). In fact, this state of mind is only for a short time, but most of the time we don’t get that time or someone doesn’t give it to us. Just as time is of the essence when giving rhythm to the music, when painting, we do not paint the whole page, but keep a little space, white, so that the picture stands out.
Even when embroidering, knitting, or designing on a piece of cloth, some part of the cloth is left blank. That is why the beauty of that design is enhanced. That means a little space is important. Just don’t let this space become excessive. Otherwise, loneliness will increase. Space does not always have to be a bad thing; it can be comforting and bring relief.

“Salute and Salute to every woman, her work who emerges from the struggle and proves herself”
The most powerful form of the universe given to it by nature is unquestionably born of a “woman.” The reason for this is not a joke as it is the introduction of physical maturity where a woman endures labor pains while becoming a mother, at the same time underlining the “existence of the Guru” while teaching the gift of the world while raising a child. In her honor, the parable “Swami of the three worlds, mother without beggar” is revealed in her honor by Swami Vivekananda. It is clear that such a woman cannot be weaker than men.
Look at the fun of destiny, progress, inspiration and hope, but at the same time love, affection, kindness, compassion, shame and peace. That is why she is likened to Adishakti in Indian culture. This is the manifestation of her great form.
We always salute the work, hard work and perseverance of women. someone said that the crisis, the problem has come always behind the women, but by emerging from this struggle she not only proves herself but at the same time enriches the lives of others and shows them the direction, her courage and fortitude must be saluted.
There are many women who have fought and won by accepting every challenge that came their way. Malala Yousafzai, who fought for education, Apra Winfro, who made failure her first step to success, Olympic medalist boxing champion Mary Kom, the best example of how to hit the boxing punch in the face of adversity, and how to survive. On December 16, 2012, 23-year-old Nirbhaya battled death for 13 days. Lakshmi, who lost her face in the acid attack, is still fighting for a ban on acid attackers and acid makers and sellers. Each of them has suffered a lot in life but today they are fighting for their sisters.
Women have the potential to make a difference, and they are an integral part of that transformation. This is what Malala tells everyone, it doesn’t matter where you come from, it is your dreams that you want to fight for. Afra Winfro says that failure is not the only thing that happens when you stumble, when you stumble, it means that life is trying to take you somewhere. “There is a time.” You just feel like a gargoyle in that area and you start to feel like you’re falling into a ditch! Things like mind don’t happen, to make you feel bad, to do what you want to mourn, to keep counting the mistakes in your mind. Find a key that will easily tell you the key, look for the wrong one, correct it and then figure out how to get out of it.

Be always “HAPPY’ in this case sincerity is expressed in such a way that it touches the heart of the person. This means that you are thinking towards him/her.
It is said that our life is fleeting. Happiness and sorrow both are fleeting. I mean, what happened? I go through one book, in that book its mentioned that, all your ideas of happiness are false. One thing seems to be pleasing to one and sad to another. I suddenly started thinking. I mean, it’s all confusing. But when I think about it, I realize it’s all true. Because we all have such experiences. But it is a little difficult to accept all this. Because we feel great sorrow. But do we ever imagine that someone is happy because we are sad, or that we are happy?
A very simple thing…. if you don’t get a seat on the bus, it irritates you. But when you’re wearing sleepy headphones and listening to music and comfortable seat on the bus, that time you don’t seem to notice the people standing up. It’s all very natural. Because it’s not possible to get up every time and give our place to someone. In this situation Why me every time? Such questions may arise. But the same question is asked when we are standing, isn’t it? We should try to take the happiness and sorrow we get to a different level. We are ordinary people. So it is natural to be happy when you are happy and sad when you are sad. But you just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people. Otherwise, there is no reason to be overly depressed if you do not get a seat. You have to learn to let go. It is wrong to imagine his happiness and sorrow. Because the true falsehood of the idea is known through experience. An object of pleasure, does the person remain the same forever? If not. Because we have a certain thing or person, so we are happy. This concept needs to change. Happiness in life should be sought even if there is nothing permanent and stable. we are here to be happy. Yes or no? So Be Always ‘HAPPY’

Guru Purnima is a festival of respect and devotion to the Guru. This festival is a festival of salute and reverence to the Guru. It is believed that by worshiping the Guru on this day, his disciples receive the full fruits of the Guru’s initiation. Guru has great importance in our life.
There are two of the most difficult tasks in the world. Putting the knowledge in your head into another’s head and the other is to put the money in the other person’s pocket. The one who can do the first job is called ‘Guru’, while the second one is the trader who can do the job successfully. Work of Guru is more important for us. He is not only giving us knowledge but also telling how to use and earn money and how to live? This is what they do. Gurus are our guides who tell the true meaning and purpose of life.
It is said, “Guru Bin kon batave bat” (‘गुरु बिन कोण बतावे बाट’). Life without Jupiter(GURU) is life without water. In the Skanda Purana (Guru Gita) the glory of the Guru is beautifully described. “Gukarastva ndhakar: syad, rukar stage uchte! Agyan grasak bramha, Gurudev na sansaya:!” ) The word ‘Gu’ means darkness, ‘Ru’ means light, meaning the form of light that destroys the darkness of ignorance is Brahma “Guru”. There is no doubt that a more beautiful Guru can be defined than this.
I would like to give a good example of how a good Guru is, from which the glory of a Guru is noticed.
A tenth slandered student wants to learn Judo, he tells his guru. They tell him to come from tomorrow, but he loses his left hand in an accident on the same day, and his dream of learning judo remains a dream. This news reaches his coach (Guru) and he meets with his parents and tells them that I will fulfill his desire to learn judo. Everyone is shocked at what this Guru says. Because while playing judo requires both hands. Eventually the teacher takes the permission of the parents and the student and then his judo training starts, the coach teaches him a single innings of Judo. The student asks him, “Sir, you are teaching me only one innings. How can I learn Judo? The coach teaches him only one innings a year, without telling him. You just do what I tell you.” How do I compete and win? This question falls to him. One day coach take him to an international tournament, where he wins every round, he doesn’t even know how, in the end he wins even in the final everyone was surprised, when a journalist approaches his coach and asks how it is possible . Coach says that in the innings he has played in Judo, the opponent has to put his hand on the left shoulder of the person in front of him, and his left hand got into an accident. I made his weakness his weapon… so he is invincible.
Whether it is the Guru of Eklavya’s time or the Guru of today’s modernization, the place of Guru is just as important as today. We always celebrate Guru Purnima, sometimes by giving a gift to Guru and sometimes by worshiping Guru. Whether it is the punishment given by the Guru or the mere words of the Guru, sometimes it gives great courage. Poet Kusumagraj has said very beautifully in his Kana poem, “Just put your hand on my back and say fight”
Happy Guru Purnima to all!

Inspirational Learning from Bowman Irani

Significance of a person who reached a turning point in his life at the age of 44, who changed his life, his life journey from being a waiter to shopkeeper then sports photographer to an award winning actor. He is none other than Bowman Irani ji. Success, Name, Fame he received for his best acting/ performance in the movie “Muuna Bhai M.B.B. S” and “3 Idiots”. Despite early setbacks and a late start as an actor, Boman Irani ji never lost sight of his passion and commitment to hard-working. I got a chance to listen to Bowman Irani at a recent event. The theme was, “And the Journey Begins ..… He came; he saw and he conquered… and said a lot of important and inspirational things, which is something everyone learns from him especially today’s youth.”
Mr. Bowman Irani
This is what he said: Inspiring words of Mr. Bowman Irani. Written by Dr. Rita Madanlal Shetiya
“I was born on December 2, 1959, and my father died in May 1959,” said the emotional Iranian. I was born a little late because I couldn’t see my father and before I was born my father’s umbrella was gone. So no matter where I go, I get there on time. He emphasized the importance of time. By telling such short stories, he drew everyone’s attention to the critical aspects.
1. Never give up – No matter what task you undertake, no matter how many difficulties you face, don’t give up, the ultimate satisfaction will bring you happiness. Telling the above story, when he decided to start a waiter’s first job in life, he went and met his grandmother, and tell her, I Want to do this job. So Grandma said do the best you can in life. No matter the job is small or big.
2. Start with the base – Just… I always remembered my grandmother’s words and with the thought of making the best of my life, I went to the Taj Hotel to interview the waiter, the Parsi manager asked me where to start, I said from the top floor, then he said, Start at the basement, and then you will reach the top. His sentence has made a home in my mind, when you start from the first step, only then you can reach the height (up to the top). (Start with the base, and then you will reach the top)
3. Never forget where you come from – Never forget where you came from. He told the above story that when I go for various shows, Organizer offer me 5 star hotel, provide best facilities but still they ask me is everything okay ? Is everything good? Isn’t there something wrong with the system? Even when I am in a 5 star hotel, when they asked this question, I do not forget the situation from which I came. The situation they are facing is not the same as ours, but when I am a member of such a family, how can I forget who I am.
4. Come out on your comfort zone – Get out of your comfort zone. For example, if the father’s business is not the same business, do what you love. Do something different yourself. Problems have to be fought but the ultimate solution is worth. And then I started a photography business that I loved.
5. Commitment is Important – The situation brings something even better for you. When I got the job of doing an international photo shoot, I wanted to take 3 photos and for that will get Rs. 900. I wanted to take a photo of Jugal Bandi between two dancers, but that didn’t happen. So I thought that if they don’t like the photos which I take, so what is the use of wasting time and money? Then I realized, money is not essential, but I gave commitment to them. Work of commitment is important and I took 3 photos, they liked it and I got Rs. 900, moreover, every time those photos were used, I got paid for it.
6. Wait for the Right time – After photography career, he stepped into the field of acting at the age of 44. Talking about this he said, Shiamak Davar and I met in a studio three months later, and we went out for lunch, where I met Alyque Padamsee, who asked me to audition for a theatre role.
I was given a two-and-a-half-minute part. Even though the play was a flop, he received positive feedback. He was given a role in another play, “I am not Bajirao,” in which he had to be a 75-year-old guy, for which he was paid Rs. 200. Boman was supposed to perform the play in a 150-person auditorium.
“A gentleman approached us a few days before the opening night and remarked, “Why are you presenting this play in such a small theatre, you need a huge one.” Why hire such a large theatre for such a short play, we questioned. ‘Nothing in this world is little or trivial,’ he replied. We rented the TATA Theatre, a 1200 seater, for some inexplicable reason, and it was completely sold out. In the same theatre, the play ran continuously for ten years,” he said.
7. Passion And Dedication are Important – And there was no looking back. He started getting offers to several other movies like Munna Bhai MBBS, 3 Idiots, Main Hoon Na, Lage Raho Munna Bhai, Dostana, and many more. He’s now has earned a name for himself in the entertainment world with his passion and dedication.
8. Age is just a number – Boman Iraniji proved that age is just a number. Despite getting a late start in his career, he’s making the most of it by taking on a variety of roles. This versatile 62-year-old actor is a testimony that there is no right time to do what you love to do in life. If you believe in something, go out and do it. The world will adjust.

When we say music, the name that comes in front of us is the king of music, Shankar Mahadevanji. If you get a chance to meet such a legendary, renowned, and great artist who rules the hearts of everyone with his music and voice, you should seize this opportunity, not only to meet him but to interview him is like a gift in your hands. I got such an opportunity in 2016, on the occasion of the opening ceremony of my friend’s Music Studio.
As a journalist, I could have an interview, but it is equally true that this opportunity to meet your favorite musician/singer will not come again and again, so I decided to gift him a handmade gift box filled with chocolates. At that time I thought that what can be done innovatively in this. At that time, Shankar sir’s Marathi First movie, “Katyar Kaljat Ghusli” was released. In which he acted as an actor for the first time and his acting touched the hearts of the audience. So I decided that the Picture of ‘KATYAR’ (knife) can be used in making this gift box.
As we always say, “He came, he saw and he conquered” even his “down-to-earth” nature won the hearts of all present. He was talking to everyone openly; I was watching everyone from a distance because I would have time to have a chat or an interview with him. The inauguration ceremony was held. He sang his favorite song. My friend said to sir, Sir, Rita is waiting to interview you. So he immediately said, let’s spend the time, let’s see the studio while we are talking and our chat will be like this, so what a singer, musician, artist, an ordinary person to the extraordinary, this smart artist and I started chatting. About the role of Katyar, he said, one day, Subodh Bhave came to meet me, to talk about music and singing in Katyar and he recognized the artist in me and I played this role. His effortless acting won everyone’s hearts. What is special is that Sir spoke well in Marathi.
He spoke about music; he believes music has helped him, as well as many others, to sail through the tough times/days. “When you have music in your life,” he says, “you can never be lonely.” His blockbuster hit, “Breathless,” was a four-minute melody sung seemingly in a single breath. There is a creative side to anything. I feel that one thing that a businessman can learn is: do not follow a path that has already been successful. You will never be a path-breaker then. I would never want to create a Breathless (the album that gave him fame) again because it will always be compared to my first Breathless. That’s over. Every time you want to create something, you should look at new or untapped territory. I’m sure there are untapped territories in music, business, arts, painting, and dancing.
When I gifted him a handmade Gift box. He said, Every time I have to give gifts to journalists, you are the first journalist in my life who wish to give me a gift. He open the gift box, observe and read what was written on it, and said “What a creativity” Kya, bat hai! Zindagi mai pehli bar itna badiya gift muje mila hai. I will keep this box with my trophies’.
A person, who went so high in life, but I saw his feet on the ground. Seeing the gentleness of speech, the smile on the face and the sense of respect for all, his place in the mind and the respect felt for him increased even more.
“People with kind heart create a flow of never-ending love that fills themselves and the world with beauty.”

I was lucky to have the opportunity to meet and interact with our former President, Teacher, Scientist, Philosopher who gave the motto to all, “Dream and make it come true”!!!
In 2006 while doing M. A. in Economics, we got an opportunity to do the project Vision 2020 (India Superpower) and on that occasion, I started reading Abdul Kalam sir’s biography and books. I study deeply what his concept of Vision 2020 is? On this occasion, I read his book “Agnipankh,” and his life journey unfolded. His journey from Kalam working as a paper seller to the President due to the harsh conditions at home was astonishing. At the same time, I dreamed that I would meet such a great person at least once in my life… but how? This was the question.
It is said that we have the power to fulfill our wishes, in our dreams… Then surely they come true….I go through this experience. I got this golden opportunity not only once but twice to meet and talk with Sir!!! I got this opportunity at the scholarship award function organized by Lila Poonawalla Foundation. In 2008 Kalam Sir was invited as the Chief Guest at the Foundation’s Scholarship Award function. We were going to do all the work in the event, i.e. reception of guests, arrangements etc.
It was the morning program we all were eagerly waiting for him … and he came, he saw, and he conquered. we are not in a dream!!! It seemed like… he shook hands with us in welcome… and he went on stage. The program started, at the time was his speech, he said I will not give a speech but you ask me questions and I will answer them. That day I got a chance to ask him questions. As Kalam sir and my field were the same, which is teaching. I have already decided what question I will ask him when will meet him. I ask that question. Why you chose the field as a teacher? His answer gave me new energy, inspiration and hope. He said, only teaching filed is where we can make the citizens of tomorrow, through this we can give proper direction and guidance to the students. Also, we cannot fulfill all the goals in our life at once, so even if one of our students fulfills one goal then the satisfaction from this is different. Only teacher is the one who can give the right shape to his (student) life…and not only we develop student’s life but we develop ourselves also. The relationship between student and teacher is like a potter and pot!
The teacher is not only imparting education for study but also goes beyond that and tells about ethical values, consciousness, our duty to the country, our role for society. Teachers are not only telling how to earn money but also telling how to live life and whom to live for. Learn to write as much as you read in life, reading will add to your words and writing will help you to reach people. A man is known by his work. So whether the work is small or big, do it with your heart, and make it perfect. Love your work.
Circumstances teach us a lot, it is the lack in our life that leads us to influence. I also completed my education by becoming a disciple… No matter how much trouble you face, don’t give up. Your generation will do the work to make it a reality… what is needed is the right guidance for this generation. What we can do for the country is more important than what the country has done for us. Science is equally important. Todays, girls are also showing their talent in various fields… If girls will get good opportunity in science filed, then they will take a huge leap in the field of science. Make use of every opportunity that comes your way. The whole sentence he used to say was inspiring to us. His invaluable guidance was definitely useful to us. Don’t get discouraged by failure and start again with vigor because without failure success doesn’t increase its importance. Troubles in life make you realize your potential and strengths.
This visit taught me a lot; I saw that no matter how high a man goes, his feet should remain on the ground. The journey between birth and death is “life” and how you live and create it that matters! Even his last breath he showed us unconditional love and devotion he had for his work!! His vision and his dream (for India) let us all fulfill it!!

Money/currency acts as a medium of exchange. While doing financial transactions, we have to use the currencies of different countries globally. The central bank of any country controls this currency. Dollar is more important in international trade. A recent alternative to such currency is the “Central Bank Digital Currency”, in essence a virtual currency. “In FY 2022-23, the Reserve Bank of India will introduce such a digital rupee using block chain and other technologies,” announced by the Finance Minister.
What is Digital Rupee?
A digital rupee (currency) is a form of virtual currency, i.e. not in the form of notes or coins. This currency will be like money in your account, which can be used in contactless transactions but cannot be used to buy goods directly in stores. A digital currency is basically a payment system in which digital transactions take place in electronic form and are not physically tangible like rupees.
Objective to bring Digital Rupee
The Digital Rupee envisioned by the RBI will be created through an advanced payment system that is affordable, accessible, convenient, efficient, flexible and secure and aims to further promote the digital economy. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has launched a pilot and transparent project on digital currency. The main objective is to take India forward in the race of virtual currencies.
Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) can be classified into two types.
1) Retail (CBDC-R): Retail CBDC will potentially be available for use by all.
2) Wholesale (CBDC-W): It is designed for restricted access to selected financial institutions.
Difference between Digital Rupee and Crypto currency
Crypto currency is a decentralized digital asset and medium of exchange based on block chain technology. However, it has been controversial mainly due to its decentralized nature. This means it can be operated without any intermediaries like banks, financial institutions or central authorities. In contrast, Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) will be legal tender in digital form. Crypto currency is a type of digital currency, but it is managed on a global level rather than by any central bank or government. Hence it is also called Decentralized Financial Tokens or DeFi. It basically aims to create a single currency across the world without the control of any central organization.
Bit coin, Ethereum, Tether, Binance, Doge coin are the most prominent and famous examples of this. The value of this crypto currency can be in millions. This means that a bit coin is worth millions, but since no one has direct control over this value, it is erratic and can go up and down at any time. Currently more and more Indians are getting attracted to Bit coin or other similar crypto currencies. There are many exchanges established in India that deal in Bit coin, but these transactions are often done in foreign currency. It is often used to purchase expensive items such as art collections to luxury cars and even non-fungible tokens (NFT) on the Internet. But nobody is in control as crypto currencies are used on the dark web for everything from weapons purchases to drugs and other illegal activities. Therefore, as an alternative to this, Central Bank Digital Currency RBI has decided to bring.
Advantages of Digital Rupee (Central Bank Digital Currency)
1. Centralized: Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) – New Digital Forms of Money Issued by Central Banks – Govt., R. B. i. And the public will have the new infrastructure needed to bring greater trust, flexibility and efficiency. Prosetz Exchange founder and director Manoj Dalmia said in a media report that while the rupee will bevirtual like other crypto currencies, the digital rupee will not be centralized, but will be controlled by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The Digital Rupee will be fully legal and acceptable to the Government of India.
2. Low cost and easy to use: RBI has to print notes continuously. Coins have to be made available. Notes tear, get damaged while handling. Something is written on those notes and then they cannot be used. Digital currency will reduce the cost of printing, distribution and logistics management of cash. This will not only reduce the dependence on cash, but like currency notes, it will remain mobile forever. According to experts, the shift to digital payments and digital currency can reduce dependence on cash.
3. Online financial transactions: After the corona period, the importance of online financial transactions started to be realized. Nowadays everyone has a payment wallet in their mobile phone. Apart from this, financial transactions can also be done through separate ATMs of banks. As the next step in this chain, the first goes to digital currency or ‘digital rupee’.
4. Prevent Risks and Malpractices: To prevent risks and malpractices in Bitcoin or Crypto Currency, the first go to ‘Digital Rupee’. Transparency in financial transactions will be the first to go to Digital Rupee as the most important issue. Black money, tax evasion, corruption, financial transactions through hawala is seen in large scale, cash is paid while buying gold and silver. Because of this, the government does not know how much money anyone has. Because currency notes can be hidden. The government can be cheated. But with e-currency, the government can know exactly how much money is going to whom. But due to e-currency, the government will keep an eye on the financial transactions. This will also make tax evasion very difficult. The taxation system will be strengthened. Not only the income tax but also the income from GST will increase. This will certainly benefit the government and the general public. RBI data shows that from 2018 to 2020, Indian banks lost around $50 billion due to fraud. Digital currency can proactively address these issues with established programmability and regulated traceability.
5. Direct transactions: E-currency will reduce cash withdrawals and deposits from the bank. There will be no need to queue up at the bank. Digital currency does not need to be kept in a bank. We can keep this currency in mobile like digilocker. Even if a payment wallet is used today, it has to be linked to a bank account. These transactions are done through the bank. But this is not the case with e-currency. We can deal directly. For example; In the United Arab Emirates, employees receive 50 percent of their salary in the form of digital money. So these employees can send money to their families easily and without any extra charges. The same can happen in India.
6. Less expensive and time saving: Financial transactions through CBDC can be less expensive and time saving as compared to other digital transaction options. Traders importing into India will be able to remit direct remittances in dollars to exporters in any country through CBDC. There will be no need for a bank or any other medium for this. Digital Rupee will not require a bank account. The e-currency will also have the same value as currency notes. This kind of digital currency will make the dream of a cash free economy a reality. Of course, he needs the support of the citizens. They should use these options diligently. Using this type of currency is not only convenient for us, but it will be in the interest of the country, especially our economy.
7. Global acceptance: With the internationalization of current and financial account transactions, there are no longer any geographical boundaries. A digital rupee held by non-resident Indians and available for cross-border financial transactions seems to be a natural extension to enable new retail payment possibilities and business ventures,” said Dalmia. “One hundred and five countries have accepted such a currency.
8. Cannot be damaged or lost: The advantage of digital currency is that it cannot be torn, burned or physically damaged. Nor can it be lost. “The lifespan of digital currency will be uncertain compared to physical notes,”
9. Immediate Impact on Monetary Policy: The digital rupee will further empower the RBI by providing a direct tool to control monetary policy. The use of the digital rupee will give the RBI the power to directly create and supply money, allowing the effects of policy changes to be seen immediately, whereas until now the RBI was dependent on commercial banks to implement its policy decisions.
Conclusion : A digital rupee backed by the Reserve Bank of India or the Government of India will empower Indian citizens and help them find their place in the fast-growing global digital economy. Along with this, Indian citizens will also get freedom from the old banking system of the country and will add a new dimension to India’s banking model. Given the impact of the digital rupee on liquidity in the economy, banking system and financial markets, etc., India’s policymakers need to seriously consider the possibilities of a government-backed digital currency in India. India is already looking to prepare for the possibility of a digital currency war between China and the US in the near future, so India may also face international tensions if it launches its own digital currency.

‘I am BEAUTIFUL because I know who I am inside.’
I am BEAUTIFUL because I know who I am inside.

A tiny frame of human emerges into the world
Unknown of the vagaries of life, clutching to the mater curled
The eyes glow with an intensity of inquisitiveness about the strange air around
While the mum can’t stop beaming at the new bundle of joy found
From milk to juice to tea to a whisky
Climbing through different stages of life so briskly
From a buggy to a cycle to a scooter and then a car
Life feels great with hopes scaling the tower
Where the longing to live so many lives in one instigates
Few bury their heads into books while the others are on a run for play mates
The mature reflection drives us into the clutches of hope, joy, sadness, and despair
Where living is as good as sitting for a test without any time to prepare
We all undergo the cycle of greed, contempt, love, and lust
Forgetting that one day this beautiful face, the perfect contours will turn into dust
In the final analysis you would regret the moments you could spend and remember the ones
who mattered the most
Where you will be a mere spectator and the divine entity will play the host
The images will dance before your eyes and the reel of life will appear as a cluster of flashes
While every fragment of your existence will burn down and all that remains will be
an urn of ashes

14th Feb, whole world celebrate this day as a valentine day. This is the day of love… Actually we should celebrate this day to every day. Because there should be not one day of love and we don’t have to express it only on that day. So we can love anytime, anywhere and anyone. But we need to know what love is? Sometimes a loved one leaves, forgets or passes away. No matter how much one loves someone, there are limits to love. Today is Valentine’s Day so I want to say that if you love a person, you must remember that there are limits because it is better to think about it in advance than to suffer later.
The day of speaking and writing about my favorite subject is approaching. Well Valentine’s Day…some might say, why does it need a specific day? Love can be expressed at any time. Love is not only a lover and a girlfriend… But if you think about it, you realize that are you really eager to express love? Or do you have time for it? Or some may think, there is love, and then what is the need to express it? A counter question to all these questions, then what is the problem if there is a special day to express love? Because in today’s rush, all the special day events have happened. So what…. Don’t you have to love? Must do. But not on the person, but on the feeling of love. If so, maintaining that love depends on our mind. It doesn’t matter how the person in front is behaving. Another thought is to give your love to those who really need it. Donation of love should also be Satpatri.
Expressing love is not about words; but it is important to keep expressing it. Sometimes through actions, sometimes through eyes, sometimes even through silence… This ‘intimate’ life of love will gradually show even today’s generation that runs with the speed of the wind; but then, what’s wrong with sharing this beautiful feeling with them….!
In fact love cannot have a specific term, it cannot have a single language, and it is entirely subjective. Love is an amalgamation of many pure emotions which can include feelings of affection, attraction, care and sacrifice as well as anger, lust, suspicion, possessiveness etc. But the most basic and important factor is respect. Where there is no respect there is no love. Acknowledging the other person’s separate existence and fully embracing it should be the first step in love. Expecting someone to change my love is against the concept of love. Whatever; But the color of the air It is getting pink But true. In the meantime, we heard some different thoughts and heard an interview of a senior actress. According to him, there is no such thing as ‘love’ between a man and a woman. In the beginning it is only physical attraction, then it becomes how to do it… it is a habit of each other and the result of that habit is affection towards each other. It is from that feeling that each other is taken care of and done. In this journey, the feeling of ownership towards each other that arises, we also understand this feeling as love. In fact pure love can only exist in one relationship, that of a parent for their child.
We had this experience Last year. Last year we went to Vanaprasthashram, an old age home, with some young and talents youth (Girls) to interact, sharing happiness and giving smile on their space. The statement that today’s Youth do not have respect, love and affection for their elders was proved false by the youth. Coincidentally, this meeting took place on the evening of Valentine’s Day. These grandparents, who lived far from their home, felt strongly how much they needed their love and touch. Loneliness is very bad. Especially old age needs companionship. It cannot be said that your life partner will support you till death because man has no power over birth and death. Even if there is no spouse, there is hope that there are children. We expect them to take care of us. But expectation is the root of sorrow. Disappointment ensues and these grandparents are sent to a nursing home.
The girls and grandparents literally cried on that day. Grandparents remembered their grandchildren by watching the programs performed by the girls. The girls also enjoyed the company of their grandparents. It was very bad when leaving. Grandparents didn’t let go of their mother like children hold on to their mother’s mantle. We were also unable to move. The girls had brought food for the grandparents. The grandparents who spent their whole life for their world were very surprised. The girls even fed them with love. We left with tears in our eyes and memories in our hearts. Grandparents also knew that this love which they got through girls is not permanent. But they enjoyed it. Some grandparents didn’t mix at all. It felt bad at first. But then I thought, what is wrong with them? They must have lost faith in the feeling of love. Their hearts have been hurt so much by their own person that’s why they don’t want to get involved.
There is no other happiness like loving abundantly. You just have to remember who to do it on. Give it to those who need it. There are many places where we can shower our love. There is fear that love for a person will be short-lived. But if you love the feeling of love, there is no end to it. So let’s go on a journey of love…

There is no limit to what we, as women, can accomplish.
— Michelle Obama
If anyone is endowed with a universally powerful form by nature, it is unquestionably/ undoubtedly by birth it’s “female. The introduction of physical maturity where a woman endures the pain of childbirth, at the same time it underlines the “guru’s existence” while nurturing the child and teaching child to giving back to society is the motto of life. In whose honor the epithet “Lord of all The Three Worlds is A Beggar without His Mother”. It’s revealed that such a woman can be superior to men.
See the fun of the destiny progress, inspiration and hope while at the same time the power-enhancing and affectionate blend of the nine rasa’s of Love, Joy, Wonder, courage, peace, compassion, anger, fear and Disgust that’s why she is likened to Adishakti in Indian culture. It is in this that her great form is seen.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, we always salute the work, hard work, and determination of women. It’s always said that when crises and problems come her way, she proves herself through this struggle and at the same time enriches the lives of others and shows them direction, her courage and determination must be saluted.
There are many women who have fought and won by taking every problem as a challenge. Malala who fought for education, Oprah Winfro who made her failure the first step to success, and Mary Kom are good examples of how to fight boxing punches in the face of the situation and how to live. Mary Kom, the boxing champion who made it to the Olympic medal. Nirbhaya, who was 23 years old on 16 December 2012, battled death for 13 days; she gave strength to many Nirbhaya to fight against injustice. Lakshmi, who lost her face in an acid attack, is still fighting against acid attackers and acid makers and sellers to get a ban. Each of them suffered a lot in life but today they are fighting for us.
Women have the capacity to bring about change and they are an integral part of this transformation. Malala tells everyone that it’s not important where you come from, but what matters are your dreams, for which you have to fight. Opera Winfro says that there is no such thing as failure, when we stumble; we think that life is trying to take us in some direction. Only in that area, it seems that we are falling into the rocks! Things don’t happen like the mind, let it feel bad, do what you want to do, keep counting the mistakes in your mind. You will find a key in measuring it, that key will tell you easily, see if this is wrong, correct this and then you will realize how to get out of it.” Mary has given a mantra to every mother who has become a mother, that is, “The specifics of each pregnancy. There is time.” It should be done with joy.
Now days we more talk about equality. What is gender equality? Women and girls represent half of the world’s population and, therefore, also half of its potential. Gender equality, besides being a fundamental human right, is essential to achieve peaceful societies, with full human potential and sustainable development. Moreover, it has been shown that empowering women spurs productivity and economic growth.
Unfortunately, there is still a long way to go to achieve full equality of rights and opportunities between men and women. A forward-thinking woman can take not only the family but also society forward. For that, you need to be proud of being a woman. But one should be able to preserve the femininity given by the Lord. Both men and women are important wheels for society to move forward. A woman alone or a man alone is incapable of developing society. So first you have to decide from whom you want to be free. Do you want freedom from men? I think not. We want freedom from the yoke of tradition, from oppressive customs, from the hanging sword of daily oppression. The mentality of treating women as secondary, be it women or men, must change. She should be allowed to live her life in her own way. Even today, many earning women cannot use their salaries as they want. A woman is basically thrifty and advocates fair exchange. So she doesn’t spend a lot of money. But still, she is not entitled to her salary. Changes are taking place on a large scale. The woman is walking shoulder to shoulder with the man. But even today, in many middle-class families, girls do not have the right to study and work as per their wishes. Equality between men and women, as I understand it, means that men and women understand each other and develop. Just because the lawgiver made a woman bearable does not mean that she should bear and men should do injustice. Nor is it that women should act arbitrarily in the name of women’s liberation. Equality is to understand and improve.
Progress by both understanding each other is development. Be it at work or at home, it is very important to support each other. It doesn’t matter who takes the falling side. It is important to understand and move forward. Women also need to work freely and independently without just talking about equality. Feminine means प्रकृती and Purusha means पुरुष. Nature has also given equal importance to both of them. Then why should we discriminate? We should go beyond the distinction between men and women and understand each other as human beings. It is necessary to try to create a better society by combining the plus points that she has as a woman and the plus points that he has as a man.
On the occasion of International Women’s Day, I want to say only one thing; we need support in the dream of soaring high. All you need is the support that someone is behind you with Faith. I think this need is not only for women but for everyone. If you travel with the understanding that no man or woman is superior or inferior, you can easily reach the desired simplicity.
There is so much to talk about it. In order to end injustice, oppression, and inequality, a higher level of thinking should be reached and understood of course, by both men and women.

International Women’s Day is celebrated on March 8th every year to honor the achievements and contributions of women in different fields. This year’s 2023 theme is “Choose to Challenge,” which encourages people to challenge gender bias and inequality in all aspects of life.
The history of International Women’s Day dates back to the early 1900s when women’s rights movements started to gain momentum across the world. In 1908, a group of women marched in New York City to demand better working conditions and the right to vote. The following year, the Socialist Party of America declared the first National Woman’s Day, and in 1911, the day was recognized internationally.
Since then, International Women’s Day has been celebrated around the world with rallies, marches, and events that aim to raise awareness of women’s issues and promote gender equality. Women’s rights have come a long way over the past century, but there is still much work to be done.
One of the most pressing issues facing women today is violence against them. According to the World Health Organization, one in three women worldwide has experienced physical or sexual violence, mostly by an intimate partner. The pandemic has exacerbated this issue, with reports of domestic violence increasing in many countries due to lockdowns and isolation.
Women also continue to face discrimination and inequality in the workplace. Despite progress in recent years, women still earn less than men for the same work and are underrepresented in leadership positions.
The theme of this year’s International Women’s Day is “Choose to Challenge,” which encourages individuals to challenge gender bias and inequality in their everyday lives. Everyone can make a difference by speaking out against discrimination, supporting women’s rights organizations, and promoting gender equality in their workplaces and communities.
As we celebrate International Women’s Day, let us remember the progress we have made and the work that still needs to be done. Let us also celebrate the achievements and contributions of women around the world and commit to creating a more just and equal society for all.
Our Grace Ladies Global Organization celebrate International Women’s Day every year and honor to women with SHE IS GLOBAL AWARD worldwide. She is Global awards are highly prestigious International awards for women for their extraordinary and outstanding work on women empowerment and women entrepreneurship. These awards are given by Grace Ladies Organization since 2012. Every year many women receive this award and create their global identity with Grace Ladies Global platform.

Master’s in Botany with a specialization in Ecology
Botanist, Researcher
Location: North Carolina, USA
Published at: Grace Ladies Random Thoughts Diary
During my studies in the Himalayan mountains of Uttarakhand from 2002 to 2005, I investigated a lot of oak plant species as a botanist. Therefore, it was fascinating for me to conduct a comparison of the oak species in Uttarakhand, where I had previously conducted research, and North Carolina, where I am now. I finished my research and wrote an article on it. I have no doubt that it will assist other studies that are now being conducted on oak species.
Introduction:
Quercus, commonly known as oak, is a genus of trees or shrubs that is found throughout the world, especially in temperate regions. There are over 500 species of oak in the world, and they are a vital part of the forest ecosystem, providing habitat and food for wildlife, as well as producing timber and other useful products. In this article, we will compare the Quercus species found in North Carolina, USA, and Uttarakhand, India.
North Carolina:
North Carolina is home to several species of oak, including the red oak (Quercus rubra), white oak (Quercus alba), black oak (Quercus velutina), and chestnut oak (Quercus montana). These species are all deciduous, meaning they lose their leaves in the fall, and are an important part of the forest ecosystem in North Carolina. The red oak is the most common species of oak in North Carolina and is used for lumber, flooring, and furniture. The white oak is also used for lumber and is known for its strength and durability.
In North Carolina, the white oak has a distinctive light gray bark and leaves with rounded lobes. The southern red oak has dark gray bark and leaves with pointed lobes. The chestnut oak has a deeply furrowed bark and leaves with rounded lobes.
Uttarakhand:
Uttarakhand is a state in northern India that is home to several species of oak, including the Banj Oak (Quercus leucotrichophora), Kharsu Oak (Quercus semecarpifolia), and Cheer Oak (Quercus floribunda). These species are evergreen and provide year-round habitat and food for wildlife. The Banj Oak is the most common species of oak in Uttarakhand and is used for fuel, timber, and furniture. The Kharsu Oak is also used for timber and is known for its high-quality wood.
In Uttarakhand, the banj oak has a light gray bark and leaves with sharp, serrated edges. The blue oak has a smooth, light gray bark and leaves with a bluish-green color and rounded lobes. The Himalayan oak has a rough, deeply furrowed bark and leaves with rounded lobes.
Comparison:
While both North Carolina and Uttarakhand are home to several species of oak, there are some significant differences between the species found in each location. One of the biggest differences is that the oaks in North Carolina are deciduous, while those in Uttarakhand are evergreen. This means that the oaks in North Carolina lose their leaves in the fall, while those in Uttarakhand keep their leaves year-round.
Another difference between the oaks in North Carolina and Uttarakhand is their uses. The oaks in North Carolina are primarily used for lumber, flooring, and furniture, while those in Uttarakhand are used for fuel, timber, and furniture. The high-quality wood of the Kharsu Oak in Uttarakhand is particularly prized for its strength and durability.
Finally, the Quercus species found in North Carolina and Uttarakhand differ in their ecological roles. The oaks in North Carolina are an important part of the forest ecosystem and provide habitat and food for wildlife. In Uttarakhand, the oaks are also an important part of the forest ecosystem, but they are particularly important for soil conservation and water regulation. The roots of the Banj Oak, for example, help to prevent soil erosion and the leaves of the Kharsu Oak help to regulate water flow in streams and rivers.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, the Quercus species found in North Carolina and Uttarakhand are both important and valuable parts of the forest ecosystems in their respective regions. While there are some significant differences between the species found in each location, they share many similarities, including their ecological importance and their uses for timber and furniture. By studying the different Quercus species found in different regions, we can gain a greater appreciation for the diversity and complexity of the natural world.

“Life is like an ice cream, before it melt enjoy it.”
Life is the name of purpose, struggle, love, dedication and a number of feelings and emotions.
Life shows its true colors with time to time. It depends upon you that how you look towards life
and what is your strategy of leading an ideal life.Life takes a number of turns during its whole span. Life may not be kind to you all the times.
There are up and down. There are tough times which really test your courage and your
capabilities of facing unfavorable situations. How well you tackle these adverse conditions prove
your credibility. Many people do not have courage and stamina to stand firm in front of life’s
demon. Remember that nothing can be done without trying, without striving hard to get you out
of the trouble, without facing the situations. Such incidents in life improve your approach
towards destiny. These incidents may entirely change one’s life (in some cases). These make
your thinking a bit more rational. If there were no such thrills in life, it would be quite boring and
monotonous. These incidents make you strong nerved person. In other words, life tests you all
the time. Life is like the ocean it can be calm or still, and rough or rigid, but in the end, it is
always beautiful.”Life is different from a teacher because teacher teaches a lesson and takes the exam but life
takes exam first and then teaches a lesson.” We give always complaint about life. Never think
about good things which happened in our life. This is a psychology of the people.
When We Get
“LITTLE”
We Want More.
When We Get More,
We Desire Still More.
But When We Lose Something,
Only Then We Realize How
“LITTLE” was “ENOUGH”.
That’s Life.Give Big Thanks to God For Every Little Thing We Got.When you are in love, life changes its meanings, priorities and requirements. Life seems to be
confined within the kingdom of your loved one’s heart. Life is a gift of God and to love and
being loved is the best feeling in life which has no parallel. Everyone wishes to live a blissful life
with his/her life partner. Life can be blissful only if you know each other, understand well and
stand for each other through not only in good times but also bad times.
Do not waste your life. Life should have some purpose. Identify your aim, head towards your
destiny and spend your entire life in achieving your goals. Those goals may be short term or long
term. This is what we call life. It is a wise saying that time waits for no one. Once it is spent, it is
gone. We’ve got to be wise in choosing our priorities so as not to waste any of our precious time.
Keep on trying to get your goals and don’t lose hope.
“काल करे सो आज कर, आज करे सो अब ।
पल में परलय होएगी, बहुरि करेगा कब ॥“
Meaning – Kabir Dasji says, in this couplet that never leave any work for tomorrow, do what you
want to do tomorrow, do it today and what you want to do today, do it now. No one knows, if
there is a holocaust somewhere in the next moment, then life will end, then when will you do
what you have to do.
Life is worthless without hope. Hope is the key element in life which never lets you down and
keeps your morals high. Always be optimistic and have faith in God. Everything happens for a
reason. Sometimes a slight inconvenience makes us to think that we are unfortunate, life is cruel
etc but this is not the reality. Spread optimism instead of pessimism. It will light up your life
positively. Remember that:
“The darkest hour of night comes just before the dawn.”
The inspiration of life is to serve mankind. Spread happiness and you will be blessed!!

“If you take every problem as a challenge then nothing is impossible in the word.”
Challenges are a part of life. We face different challenges at different points in life. While some
people see these challenges as an opportunity to learn something new, others get discouraged.
We learn many new things as we take on different challenges. These experiences make us a
better person. We can overcome many challenges by setting goals. Goals give us the
determination to achieve despite obstacles. Challenges and obstacles make us gather all our
strengths, skills and hidden talents, and use these to navigate the difficulties we face and after
overcoming a challenge, we become more confident, more aware of what we are capable of and
better equipped to handle what comes our way in the future.
Overcoming Challenges
Challenges require us to step out of our comfort zones. Dealing with them can be difficult.
However, we must deal with them with courage and firmness. Here are some ways to deal with
challenges in life.
1) Keep calm
No matter what the situation is we should deal with it calmly. We will be able to think of a
solution and work on it when we are calm. We won't be able to act intelligently if we constantly
stress about it. So the solution is to work calmly and keep a cool head.
2) Be determined
No matter how difficult the situation is, the key is to be patient and keep moving forward. We
should not give up or give up halfway. Complete the work that has been undertaken.
3) Get help from family and friends
There is nothing wrong with asking family and friends for help when needed. However, you
should not completely depend on them. Help and advice at the right time takes you on the right
path.
4) Give purpose to life
It is important to set goals in life. We should set both long term and short term goals for our
personal as well as professional life and work hard to achieve them. Goals give purpose to our
lives. To set goals, we must first understand what we want in life and then make a plan to
achieve it. We should always set a time frame for achieving our goals.
Helen Keller wisely said, “Life is either a great adventure, or nothing at all”.
5) Positive thinking
Negativity leads to hopelessness. It doesn’t let us even try doing what we are easily capable of.
Negative people are surrounded with a feeling of deep distress caused by disappointment or
mishap, whereas positive people would avoid these typical negative thoughts as they lack
negativity and self-doubt. After even failing, positive people have positive vibes that support
them to learn from their mistakes and faults, and they still possess the confidence to start again.
6) Learn from Mistakes
It’s always said, “Try try but don’t cry.” We are humans and humans make mistakes. It is only
the smart and intelligent ones who learn from those mistakes. Success is the name of learning
from our errors and then trying once more. Victory only comes to those who try. “Mistakes
make you perfect.”
Conclusion
While challenges take us through new experiences and make us stronger, goals help us stay
focused. Challenges and goals both are important in life in the end challenges lead to success.

“Great photography is about depth of feeling, not depth of field.”
‘Photography’ derived from two Greek words (photo + graph) means preparing ‘graph’ i.e.
the picture with the help of ‘photo’ i.e. light. Basically, what happens in this is that the rays returning
after colliding (reflecting) from the object reach the negative-film or digital sensor inside the
camera through the lens, and an image of the object is formed. In negative film, the image is
formed by a chemical process (due to photo-sensitive chemicals applied to the film). Whereas, in
digital cameras, the same work is done by the image sensor electronically.
Photography is the art, application, and practice of creating images by recording light, either
electronically using an image sensor, or chemically using a light-sensitive material
such as photographic film.
Photography touches many aspects of modern man & life. We are all familiar with the role of
photography in creating portraits of people, depicting everyday life, family moments, and social
events. But today the usefulness of photography is essential in many other fields. To understand
what photography is and its usefulness in our lives, take a look at its various applied fields –
1. Photojournalism and press photography – photography done for magazines and
newspapers.
2. Fashion photography – related to modeling and fashion
3. Advertisement / Industrial Photography – Photography of products and market products
of various industries.
4. Studio photography – for human portrait or group photographs in various everyday needs
5. Wildlife photography – documentation of animals and their habitats
6. Forensic photography – to assist police in criminal investigation
7. Science Photography – Photography of scientific research and laboratory activities of
various branches of science.
8. Film Photography – Various stages of film shooting and photography of film
personalities and artists
9. Event Photography – Photography of various occasions, ceremonies, family celebrations,
gatherings, parties, weddings, etc.
10. Stock Photography – Photography done for stock photo agencies which are like online photo libraries.
11. Marine Photography – Photography done under the sea
I started it in 2015 when I bought the new Android phone. Photography was new for me. As the
happiness of getting a new mobile, I started clicking pictures of very small things as a hobby but
when people appreciated my photography it became my passion. I started to click the pictures from different perspectives/points of view, and angles with new imagination.

In today’s rapidly evolving energy landscape, the importance of renewable energy sources is
unprecedented. Faced with the challenges of global warming, new technologies, climate change,
dwindling natural resources and increasing energy consumption, renewable energy/non-
conventional energy is a ray of hope for a sustainable future. The importance of renewable
energy or non-conventional energy sources is recognized globally by every country. That is why
every country is trying to find out how and in what manner these energy sources can be used.
India also launched the India Energy Week Conference in previous years, the second conference
was held at Betul in Goa from February 6 to 9, 2024. The aim of the conference was to ensure
accessibility, safety and clean energy for citizens. This article highlights the importance of
renewable energy/non-conventional energy sources and reviews the efforts being made by India.
Renewable energy is energy that does not run out. Those from natural sources often have a low-
or zero-carbon footprint and are typically free. Examples of renewable energy sources include
wind power, solar power, bioenergy (burned organic matter as fuel) and hydroelectricity, tidal
power. These renewable energy sources are of unique importance.
Environmental benefits
One of the most attractive benefits of renewable energy is its ability to positively impact the
environment. Fossil fuels such as coal, oil and gas account for about 75% of global greenhouse
gas emissions. To combat the threat of climate change, emissions must be cut by almost half by
2030. As we face the dire consequences of climate change, switching to renewable energy
becomes not only beneficial but imperative. Knowing the importance of renewable energy
sources to protect our environment for future generations, not only the government but also the
organizations working for environmental protection and the public should pay maximum
attention and increase its use. This is why a provision of Rs 11 lakh crore has been made for
infrastructure in the interim budget. A major portion of this amount will be given to the energy
sector. This amount will be used for development in energy-intensive sectors such as railways,
roads, waterways, airways or housing. Also, 300 units of solar energy will be provided free of
cost to the public.
Economic Growth
The importance of renewable energy in the economic sector is evident from its contribution to
employment generation and industry growth. As the demand for renewable energy increases, job
opportunities in its production and maintenance sectors also increase. This not only boosts the
economy but also creates sustainable employment opportunities. Furthermore, the importance of
renewable energy in boosting local economies cannot be overlooked. Local projects often mean
local jobs, allowing the benefits of renewable energy projects to be felt directly within the
community. According to the International Renewable Energy Agency, worldwide employment
in this sector increased by nearly 7 lakh in 2020-2021, with 12.7 million people employed.
Moreover, India alone has decided to install 500 GW of energy from non-fossil fuels (renewable
energy + nuclear energy) by 2030 and increase employment generation from it.
Energy Independence
The need for renewable energy stems from the desire for energy independence. Countries that
rely heavily on imported fossil fuels are vulnerable to price fluctuations and supply disruptions.
Renewable energy sources are mainly used locally. By investing in renewable energy in the
future, nations can ensure a more stable, reliable and independent energy supply while protecting
their energy security. “India has emerged as one of the global leaders in the energy transition and
the progress it is making in the renewable energy sector is remarkable. India has taken the lead in
this by setting up the World Solar Energy Forum followed by the Global Biofuels Alliance. This
topic is as much related to the environment as it is to the economy. It is as much about building
the foundations of a strong bio economy as it is about renewable energy options, including
biofuels. That is why the energy transition in 2024 will boost the bio economy for India,
according to the 'India Bioeconomy Report-2023; the size of our country’s bioeconomy has
grown by 29 percent to over $137 billion in 2022. Bioeconomy accounts for 4% of our country’s
Gross National Product (GDP). It is estimated to double by 2030. Biofuel sector is set to grow
the fastest. It is estimated that the share of bioservice sector will remain below that.
Reduction in energy costs
The benefits of renewable energy are also in our wallets. As technology advances and becomes
more widespread, the costs associated with renewable energy continue to decline. The
importance of renewable energy cannot be understated to ensure affordable energy for all. As
prices continue to fall, more people will have access to clean, renewable energy. We have twelve
months of sun. In that case, investment in solar energy storage batteries and its distribution
network will be preferable. That is why the funding for Solar Power Grid; has been doubled to
promote solar power generation in the country. Last year, the provision for Solar Power Grid
was approximately Rs 4,970 crore, this year this provision has been increased to Rs 8,500 crore.
Countries like Yemen, Australia, New Zealand and Norway are working on non-conventional
energy sources. These options could reduce rising electricity prices worldwide by 50 percent.
Health benefits
The importance of renewable energy is also evident in the health benefits it offers. Conventional
fossil fuels release pollutants that can cause many health problems, from respiratory problems to
cardiovascular disease. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), about 99 percent of
people around the world breathe polluted air and pose health risks, and more than 13 million
people die every year from preventable environmental causes such as air pollution. Transitioning
to renewable energy can reduce these health risks. As the air becomes cleaner, the population
underlines the need for healthy, renewable energy. A program has been introduced to promote
green energy from the point of view of sustainable development of the country. Along with green
and clean energy generation, solar energy, green hydrogen mission, offshore wind energy, green
technology, green credit program have been encouraged in the budget. Last year, Rs 297 crore
was allocated for power generation through; Green Hydrogen Mission; under the Green
Development Programmed. This year this provision has been almost doubled and it has been
increased to Rs 600 crore this year. To promote green energy, offshore wind energy generation
projects will be supported along the sea coast. These projects aim to generate one gig watt of
energy and financial provision has been made for it. Because India has a rich coastline on both
sides and it can be used for wind power generation.
Diversification of energy sources
The benefits of renewable energy also lie in the diversification of energy sources. Relying on
only one power source is dangerous. Renewable energy offers a diverse energy portfolio,
ensuring a stable supply of other energy sources even if one source faces challenges. This
diversity is important for energy security and stability, which underlines the importance of
renewable energy sources.
Addressing climate change
The importance of renewable energy in tackling climate change is paramount. As global
temperatures rise and the effects of climate change become more apparent, the need for
renewable energy becomes more urgent. By reducing carbon emissions and promoting
sustainable energy solutions, we can combat the adverse effects of climate change, ensuring a
safer planet for future generations.
Overall, all countries are working towards circularizing supply chains in renewable/non-
conventional energy sources, solar energy, bio-products and bio-services to accelerate the
creation of a circular bio-economy. India is a country of young population. We need to pave the
way for equipping this youth with a foundation of Science, Technology, Engineering and
Mathematics (STEM) education. If so, it will be an opportunity for renewable energy to flourish
in a crisis from mineral energy and biotechnology to flourish in a time of technological
challenges. We have to bring about sustainable development and the transformation to become a
developed country.

Loneliness means a lack of self. The stronger your relationship with yourself, the less alone you
will feel. Because we forget that even in loneliness we have our own support. We are all
different from each other. Some have many friends, some have few friends, some have many
people in their house, some have very nuclear family, some are very social and others don’t mix
much, some are extroverts and some are introverts. Some are alone in solitude and some are
alone in the crowd!
Loneliness is not feeling connected to anyone. It’s a feeling of alienation from those around you
for no reason. For some reason, the gap can be resolved, but not feeling connected to anyone for
no reason means not feeling supported, feeling like no one can understand me. Loneliness is also
a red flag. Understand that something needs to change.
Having meaningful relationships is very important. The world’s blue zones are home to some of
the longest-lived and happiest people, who (along with good habits) have sustained their
centenarian lives thanks to meaningful relationships. Sense of Belonging in society, feeling a
sense of belonging with those close to you, having a healthy social life is an important and
necessary part of being happy. Nowadays we spend a lot of time on the internet, not with each
other. Staying less connected with each other and more online. We constantly compare what
others have and what we don’t have, when we get a little time we take the phone in our hand, we
live life on the high side and thus get inferior, we lose ourselves in the game of likes and follows.
A man who is lost from himself cannot be attached to anyone. The stronger your inner grip, the
more grip you will have on other things. To have a sense of belonging, we must first know
clearly where we belong or should. Whenever you get a moment from today, look out the
window without the phone in your hand. Connect with trees, birds, animals, sky, and nature. Let
us first try to connect with this nature that we are made of.
Loneliness is not a lack of people around but is born out of aimlessness. A few years ago I asked
my mother, “Why don’t you ever feel alone?” She said, “I feel the constant companionship of
books, scriptures, and myself.” Feeling “low” is natural. But how long we stay involved in it is
important. When you get time from today, read a book without the TV or phone in hand. Instead
of spending time on entertainment, focus on self-development.
Sometimes hard times bring loneliness. But this difficult time can be a transition period for
innovation. What little trouble the chicks get out of the egg! No one can help him there, not even
his mother. He has to get stronger. The process of hatching from the egg enables and prepares it
for the next life. You may have to walk some steps alone but don’t forget that you have your
support.
Nowadays, despite all the diving, I feel like sitting alone and remembering my childhood!! When
everyone around me is in their own world… I feel like I should be in my own world!!… Calm!!…
Satisfied!! There is no rush to go anywhere… no competition with anyone… no need to show my
happiness and enthusiasm to others!!… Everyone says… I have changed a lot now!!…
And there is a reason for that….I has found true love at this stage of age!!… He has accepted me
with all my faults, my past… He is my true support system… and he will support me till the
end!!!…
Yes, at this age I am in love again!!!…Own (our Self)!!!
It is a beautiful thing that we love ourselves. We always talk about our relationships with others,
but we often don’t think about the relationship we have with ourselves. We owe ourselves
something. We have to demand something from ourselves. Ever thought about this voice of the
mind? Here the inner voice is not supposed to be our conscience. It is a separate compartment of
the mind… that keeps us true from the inside out. This is the voice that teaches us to live
happily. The one is who teaches us to love ourselves. Because once you fall in love with
yourself, life becomes beautiful.
Chetan Bhagat, the author of ;Tarunancha" while speaking to the IT students, has mentioned the
same in different words. He calls this feeling, keeping your spark alive. As long as this spark is
alive, you can live abundantly. Once that spark fades, life becomes a puddle. Therefore, to
maintain this spark, it is said that he should remove disappointment, depression and loneliness
from his life.
Think how many people at this moment are counting their last breaths and asking God for a
chance to live, which we have – don’t waste it!
