Menstrual hygiene awareness is a vital aspect of public health education—essential for everyone, not just women. Inclusive understanding, including awareness among men, is critical for building a healthy, safe, and supportive society.
For the first time in history, a global record has been set with the launch of an unprecedented awareness campaign:
“350 Worldwide Yatra – Padyatra for Menstrual Hygiene.”
This large-scale initiative was led by a coalition of 10 dedicated social organizations, conducting awareness marches across 350 diverse locations throughout India. The campaign stands as a powerful example of collaboration, determination, and commitment to breaking taboos and promoting menstrual health on a global scale.
